Though the 6-story, 40,000 square foot building was remodeled in 1985, it wasn’t util February 1997 that the decision was made to renovate for high-bandwidth connectivity. Network providers, engineers and managers from GST, Nextlink and Real Resume retrofitted the majority of every office for tenants who needed access. WWP Fiber Inc. will soon join force to provide fiber-optic connectivity. One of Fernwell ‘s attorney tenants has capitalized on the high-access capabilities by cutting his search time from 3 hours to 25 minutes. It’s technology providing business solutions for all types of needs.
